Angelina Sondakh admits she hasn't always been able to monitor Aaliyah Massaid's pregnancy developments. She says her busy schedule taking care of her mother, her child, and work makes her time very limited.
"Taking care of my mom, taking care of Keanu, taking care of work, sometimes that really makes it so I’m not updated at all, but I’m sure she’s doing fine, Alhamdulillah," said Angelina Sondakh when met at TPU Jeruk Purut, South Jakarta, on Monday (14/4/2025).
The time she has in a day feels insufficient due to the various responsibilities that must be fulfilled. Nevertheless, she still ensures to pay attention to Aaliyah as much as she can.
"Time really feels insufficient for me; 24 hours is not enough, even 28 hours seems lacking," she continued.
Angelina conveyed that Aaliyah understands her busy condition quite well. She still tries to provide support and advice to her daughter-in-law even from a distance.
"So, sometimes, but Aaliyah understands, I say, 'Aal, be careful, okay,' like for example when she left yesterday, 'be careful, take care of your condition, your health,'" said Angelina.
She is grateful because now Aaliyah is no longer alone and has Thariq Halilintar as a husband who supports her. Angelina feels more at ease because Aaliyah receives full support from her life partner. "And what's important now is that Aaliyah has Thariq, thank God," she said.
Thariq's presence as a husband is very meaningful in Aaliyah's current pregnancy situation. Angelina even joked about how nice it is to have a partner during this time.
"Thank God for her husband. That's the nice thing about having a husband, hahaha," said Angelina while laughing.
