Anrez Adelio clarifies the accusations claiming that he only appeared in public after Friceilda Prillea, also known as Icel, was heavily pregnant. He feels that the narrative built on social media has cornered him, making it seem as if he was deliberately hiding.

This 28-year-old actor explained that his recent appearances are not to seek the spotlight or to clarify anything intentionally. He admitted that he is just going about his daily activities as usual without any intention of avoiding anything.
"I just finished playing soccer and suddenly got interviewed, it doesn’t mean I was looking for journalists to clarify. No, I just live my life like anyone else normally does. That’s why when people say I just appeared now as I’m about to give birth, when I’m heavily pregnant, where have I been all this time, that’s because of the misleading narrative that has been built there," said Anrez Adelio in the Senayan area, Monday (23/2/2026).
Regarding the reason why there has been no meeting with Icel or the baby she is carrying, Anrez mentioned that the obstacles actually come from their side. According to him, Icel's side remains adamant about bringing this matter to the legal realm.
"Because it really is from their side that doesn't want to. From their side that doesn't want to, they insist on not wanting to resolve it amicably, from their side they don't want family ties, what they want is what they have expressed all along, which you often see... coverage maybe with them because their side insists on wanting a legal process, they say," he explained.
Anrez also emphasized that he has strong communication evidence to refute the assumption that he does not care. For him, the most important proof is not in the media, but directly in front of the police. "Oh yes, all the evidence is there," he asserted again.
He regrets the steps taken by Icel, who continues to build an opinion in various media. Anrez chooses to remain calm and leave the final judgment to the police investigators based on the real evidence he possesses.
"Because the other side always does this, always goes to the media, always to podcasts, always somewhere to build a narrative. I think narratives like that are not important. What matters is not a clarification in the media, but directly to the police so that the police can assess it themselves," he said.
