Answering Questions About Having a Private Jet in the Tin Corruption Case Trial, Sandra Dewi: That's Gossip!

Kapanlagi.com - Sandra Dewi appeared as a witness in the ongoing trial related to the tin corruption case involving her own husband, Harvey Moeis, at the Central Jakarta Corruption Court (Tipikor) on Thursday (10/10/2024).

During the trial, Sandra Dewi answered several questions from the panel of judges, including inquiries about luxury items seized by the Attorney General's Office.

Among them were luxury cars, branded bags, and hundreds of pieces of jewelry, all related to the investigation of the tin corruption case involving Harvey Moeis.

1. Explain Personal Car

When asked by Chief Judge Eko Ariyanto, Sandra explained that some of the luxury items were her personal property, but some were also given by her husband.

"As for the Mini Cooper and Rolls Royce that Your Honor asked about, those were indeed gifts from my husband for the family," Sandra said in front of the panel of judges.

She stated that the vehicles were not solely owned by her but were used by all family members, including her husband. Not only that, Sandra also clarified the ownership of another luxury car, the Toyota Alphard.

"The Alphard that was seized belongs to me; I bought it before marrying Harvey," Sandra continued.

2. Private Jet Is Just Gossip

In her testimony, Sandra also emphasized that although the cars were gifts from her husband, she had never asked how much the items cost.

"I didn't ask how much they cost," she said.

Then the judge inquired about the rumors circulating that Harvey Moeis and Sandra Dewi owned a private jet. In response, Sandra immediately denied it firmly.

"That's just gossip, Your Honor," concluded Sandra Dewi.
