Kapanlagi.com - Thariq Halilintar and Aaliyah Massaid have just held the aqiqah event for their first child, Ahmad Arash Omara Thariq. The event took place on Friday (27/6/2025) in the Pondok Indah area, South Jakarta.
This aqiqah event became a moment full of gratitude as well as a family gathering. Thariq mentioned that everything went smoothly as hoped.
"Today, Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly. Alhamdulillah, everything is fine," said Thariq.
The series of events held were quite complete, starting from the reading of the holy verses of the Quran to the baby's hair cutting, which was attended by all family members.
"The sequence included reading the Quran, then tahlilan, then salawat, then cutting hair," he said.
Not only that, Thariq mentioned that Ummi and Abah along with the family were directly involved in the hair cutting process, showing their warmth and togetherness. "Yes, everyone participated in the cutting, thank God," Thariq said.
Regarding the sacrificial animals, Thariq just learned that for boys it is recommended to slaughter two goats. "Two goats. I also just found out that for boys it should be two goats," he explained.
Although it took place in a solemn atmosphere, Thariq mentioned that the longest moment actually occurred after the official event was over, as the whole family got lost in warm conversations and enjoyed their togetherness.
"Yes, at first the Akikah seemed like it wouldn't take too long, but what took longer was the chatting and sleeping, everyone just slept," he reminisced.

Thariq is also grateful because his little one was not fussy during the event and tended to be calm. In fact, according to him, the little one has started to adapt to his new home.
"His development, thank God, his sleep is also getting better, you know, he has also adjusted to his new home," he concluded.
This akikah event became a sacred moment that strengthens family ties and marks the beginning of the child's spiritual journey.
