"We are guided by the ST Kabareskrim Polri that regarding drug offenders who have been arrested multiple times, there will be no rehabilitation process," said West Jakarta Metro Police Chief Commissioner M Syahduddi in a press conference on Friday (3/5/2024).
"Legal proceedings will be carried out against the person concerned in relation to the Narcotics Law and the Psychotropic Substances Law," he added.
