Kapanlagi.com - Musician Virgoun along with his female friend with the initials PA and the Last Child band crew will undergo rehabilitation related to drug abuse cases.
The West Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Pol M Syahduddi, explained that the rehabilitation of these three suspects is based on the integrated assessment results from the National Narcotics Agency of DKI Jakarta Province (BNNP).
"So the assessment process, and also the recommendation for this assessment did not come from the West Jakarta Metro Police investigators. But based on the recommendation from the integrated assessment of BNNP DKI Jakarta," said Syahduddi during a press conference on Tuesday (25/6/2024).
Syahduddi also added that the case investigation process involves the Wassidik Bureau of the Metro Jaya Regional Police.
"We conducted a case investigation involving the Wassidik Bureau of the Metro Jaya Regional Police," he said.
"Then the results of the case investigation determined the three as suspects and we submitted the assessment process to the integrated assessment team at the Jakarta Narcotics National Agency," Syahduddi continued.
From the examination results, Virgoun and two other suspects were declared victims of drug abuse, not as dealers or distributors.
"Indeed, these three suspects were secured from various aspects, including an in-depth investigation of all three, but no drug network was found by the officers," said Syahduddi.
In relation to that, Virgoun and two other suspects will undergo rehabilitation at the Drug Dependency Hospital (RSKO) DKI Jakarta for three months in the near future.
"Today, the assessment results have been sent to BNNP DKI Jakarta, and the three of them will undergo rehabilitation for three months at RSKO Jakarta," he concluded.
