Kapanlagi.com - The daughter of Nia Daniaty, Olivia Nathania, also known as Oi, is currently facing legal issues regarding a case of alleged fraud in the recruitment of civil servants. In response to this, Nia Daniaty's ex-husband, Farhat Abbas, stated that he is unaware of the progress of the case involving Oi.
"I don't know (the progress), I'm not her lawyer, I will check later," said Farhat Abbas at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Monday (8/11/2021).
What is clear is that Farhat Abbas insists that Oi must undergo the legal process regarding the case she is currently facing.
"She still has to take responsibility and go through the legal process," said Farhat.

In addition, Farhat admitted that he and Olivia also rarely communicate. Farhat communicates more with Nia Daniaty and also Oi's lawyer.
"Rarely (communicate with Oi) even with her mother, with her lawyer," he said.
Based on the Letter of Investigation Results (SP2HP) from the Jakarta Metro Police regarding allegations of embezzlement, fraud, and forgery of civil servant recruitment letters involving Olivia Nathania and her husband, Rafly Noviyanto Tilaar, the case has been raised to the investigation stage. The escalation of the case status was carried out after the investigators found criminal elements during the case conference.
For your information, Olivia Nathania has undergone two out of four invitations for clarification. She did not attend two of them due to reasons of being mentally unprepared and feeling unwell.
Meanwhile, from the two examinations, Olivia Nathania stated that she was bombarded with 83 questions by investigators from the Jakarta Metro Police's General Crime Directorate. On the other hand, Rafly Noviyanto Tilaar has undergone one examination out of two invitations for clarification.
In his one examination, Rafly Noviyanto Tilaar was asked 33 questions by investigators from the Jakarta Metro Police's General Crime Directorate. Previously reported, one of the self-proclaimed victims, Karnu, reported Olivia Nathania and Rafly Noviyanto Tilaar to the Jakarta Metro Police on September 23, 2021.
The report, registered under the number LP/B/4728/IX/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya, utilizes Article 378 and/or Article 372 and/or Article 263 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP) regarding Embezzlement, Fraud, and Forgery of Documents.
