Assuming Sarwendah Agrees, Ruben Onsu Will Open Up About Household Issues After the Judge Reads the Divorce Verdict

Kapanlagi.com - Ruben Onsu filed for divorce from Sarwendah at the South Jakarta District Court. After several court sessions, the trial agenda has reached the conclusion stage.

Minola Sebayang, as Ruben's legal counsel, stated that the next hearing will be the verdict, where the panel of judges will read the final results of Ruben and Wendah's household.

"The verdict on the lawsuit will be read on September 24, 2024. So that will mark the end of the legal process that we have been going through for some time now," said Minola when met at his office in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, Tuesday (10/9/2024).

During the divorce trial process, Sarwendah never attended the court even once and was only represented by her lawyer. Minola Sebayang considers this attitude as a form of consent to the divorce.

"With the defendant's absence three times in the trial, despite being duly summoned, it shows that the defendant can actually be presumed to agree, or is in accord with what we have presented in our lawsuit," added Minola Sebayang.

2. Ruben Onsu Will Speak Up

Ruben Onsu has not provided any explanation regarding his divorce petition against Sarwendah. Minola Sebayang promised that her client would speak up after the verdict is read by the panel of judges.

"After the verdict is out, Ruben will appear. That is what Ruben conveyed. (He will appear) to explain, to clarify, so that there is no misinformation about the conditions occurring in his household, in his marriage," emphasized Minola.
