Atalia Praratya Denies Divorce Lawsuit Against Ridwan Kamil Due to Lisa Mariana, Both Absent from Hearing

The divorce lawsuit hearing of Atalia Praratya and Ridwan Kamil was held for the first time at the Bandung Religious Court on Wednesday (17/12/2025). Both Atalia and Ridwan Kamil were absent and were represented by their respective attorneys.

The agenda for this first meeting was mainly focused on document examination and preparation for the upcoming mediation. Regarding the reason for the divorce lawsuit, there is one thing emphasized by Atalia's attorney that connects it to Lisa Mariana.

Atalia's attorney, Debi Agusfriansa, stated that her client respects the legal process even though she is unable to attend due to official duties.

"Mrs. Atalia conveyed to us that, fundamentally, she greatly respects this trial process. However, due to official events, she is unable to attend, thus she has entrusted us as her legal representatives," Debi said at the Bandung Religious Court, Wednesday (17/13/2025).

Debi also emphasized that the contents of this divorce lawsuit are private and cannot be made public. She added that the lawsuit has nothing to do with third-party issues, particularly regarding the name of the influencer Lisa Mariana, which has been widely discussed by netizens.

"If the contents of the lawsuit, the material of the lawsuit, we must respect the applicable rules. Because in Article 80 paragraph 2 of the Religious Court Law, it states that a divorce lawsuit is private in nature. So we must always respect the applicable rules," he explained.

"If it's related to LM, no, there isn't. The point is that regarding why and how, that is the material of the lawsuit," said Debi at the Bandung Religious Court, Wednesday (17/12/2025).

"The essence is to pray for each other, hopefully the best for Mother and Father," he concluded. Atalia Praratya hopes that this legal process can proceed smoothly and produce the best solution.

The continuation hearing of this case is scheduled to take place on January 21, 2026, with the main agenda being mediation at the Bandung Religious Court.
