Not only that, he also stressed that the divorce between him and his wife was not caused by a third party. As proof, Edward shared how loyal he was while undergoing a long-distance relationship (LDR).
"I actually bismillah, only concern for the most important thing, the children, because they are my responsibility," said Edward Akbar.
"I proudly state that since waiting for Kim to study in England during our marriage, I have never been unfaithful or cheated because I have dedicated myself to my family and children," he continued.

Therefore, regarding his household issues, Edward surrenders to the Creator. What is most important to him are their children.
"But I leave everything to the Almighty; I just want everything to be well for the growth and development of the children," he said.
In addition, Edward explained that if it must end, he only wants it to end well. He does not want to have a conflict with Kim.
"I hope everything can be okay because I myself was shocked, honestly, suddenly there are reports and lawsuits, shocked by what happened," he remarked.
