Rey Mbayang confirmed that jealousy is a normal thing in a relationship. However, now that jealousy is no longer triggered by trivial things like interactions with friends of the opposite sex.
"Yes, jealousy is definitely there," said Rey Mbayang briefly when met in the Kemang area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (28/10/2025).
Dinda Hauw explained further about the changes in their level of jealousy. If before they could get worked up over small issues, now jealousy is expressed in a more mature way as their understanding of each other's character has grown.
"Jealousy does exist, but now it might be a more mature kind. Before, it was more intense and any little thing was a problem, even just friends were an issue," Dinda revealed.
"But now it's like, maybe because we know each other's traits better, so the questions are no longer the same as they were before," she said.
Their jealousy focus has now shifted. Rey revealed that currently, they are more often jealous of time. For example, if one of them spends too much time outside working, the other will remind them about the family waiting at home.
"It's more like this, maybe the jealousy is more about our time, right? Yeah, it's more like that, like after work it's better to go home right away to meet the kids, or play. We watch together or something like that," Rey explained.
Rey Mbayang admitted that he wants to be bought a ghost detector after shooting his first horror film. Dinda Hauw immediately reacted humorously!
