Being More Diligent in Exercising After Recovering from Covid-19, Andrea Dian Shows Off Changes in Her Butt

Of course, Andrea's efforts have paid off. Through an online gym program that she participated in, there have been changes in her body. One of them is her butt, which appears firmer than before.

"After being declared recovered from Covid-19, I felt that I had my own challenge to keep my body healthy and shape it into my ideal version (strong not skinny). I'm happy to receive support from the online workout program by @elbert_t @empirefitclub. When I was given the program, they also checked my health condition after Covid-19, so they could provide a program based on how far I can go, how I perform in my exercises, and what I consume every day (although I can't follow @elbert_t's strict diet, lol sorry)," wrote Andrea.

1. 12 Week Sports

Andrea is not kidding. In order to achieve the ideal body she desires, she participated in a 12-week program. Indeed, hard work pays off.

"Now I can do pull-ups and push-ups, although not many yet. I feel healthier, stronger, and achieve the body shape I want," she continued.
