Catherine Wilson Divorced by Husband, Religious Court Reveals First Trial Schedule

Kapanlagi.com - Idham Masse has filed for divorce (talak) from his wife, Catherine Wilson, at the South Jakarta Religious Court. This divorce application has been registered with the number 3455/Pdt.G/2023/PAJS.

Taslimah, the spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court, revealed that this divorce application was directly submitted by Idham Masse.

The court has set the first trial date for Catherine Wilson and Idham Masse's divorce on October 23, 2023.

"Her husband directly submitted the divorce application to the South Jakarta Religious Court. The first trial date has been scheduled for October 23," said Taslimah at her office on Thursday (12/10/2023).

1. Both Parties Have Been Summoned

Taslimah explained that the court has also summoned both parties related to this divorce trial process. They are scheduled to undergo mediation in the first hearing.

"Later, when the first hearing takes place, both parties will be summoned. Reconciliation will be attempted during the trial and then followed by mediation," said Taslimah.

Based on the divorce application documents received by the court, Taslimah stated that Idham Masse only filed for divorce without any additional reasons.

"The only thing filed is the divorce application. There is nothing else," she said.

2. There Is a Legal Reason

However, Taslimah did not specify the issues underlying the divorce between Idham Masse and Catherine Wilson.

"What is clear is that there are problems, there is a legal reason stated by the applicant," concluded Taslimah.
