The turmoil in the household of Clara Shinta has left deep wounds on her mental health. This 29-year-old woman honestly admits that she needs to consult with professionals to cope with the trauma from her husband's alleged betrayal.

Every day, Clara Shinta struggles to stay strong for her two young children. Due to prolonged depression and sadness, her work mood has completely vanished, and she spends most of her time in her room to isolate herself.

"The psychologist is done, our psychiatrist is done. I am currently undergoing routine treatment and taking medication for the past two weeks," said Clara Shinta when met at the National Commission on Violence Against Women, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Monday (04/05/2026).

2. Started from Husband's Infidelity

This issue was triggered by a viral video alleging her husband's infidelity, which has put their relationship on the brink. Clara revealed that she no longer lives under the same roof with her husband to maintain each other's emotional stability.

Although they have separated their homes, communication between Clara Shinta and her husband still continues but through their legal counsel. This is done to avoid recurring arguments that often occur if they talk directly.

"We no longer live together. But if communication is still through Mas Sunan, it’s more stable. Because if we communicate directly, it might lead to arguments," said the entrepreneur who is popular on TikTok.

Regarding her children's condition, Clara tries to stay cheerful in front of them even though her heart is broken. She explains to her eldest child that their father is busy working out of town to cover up the bitter reality that is actually happening.

Clara Shinta's children currently still live with her, but the youngest child sometimes goes back and forth to see their father. Clara feels sad because her innocent children are starting to sense that something is different between their parents.

Clara admits that she has forgiven her husband's actions and the woman named Indah long before this issue went to legal proceedings. She emphasizes that she never had the ambition to imprison her husband, but only wants to restore the family's situation.

"I mean, not just with my husband, but even with sister Indah, I have actually forgiven her," concluded Clara Shinta.
