Clarification from Kotak Band Regarding their Performance at RSUD Bangil Pasuruan Hospital Yard, Initially Hesitant to Perform

Kapanlagi.com - The band Kotak has recently been a hot topic among netizens. As it is known, they appeared to perform in the yard of RSUD Bangil Pasuruan Hospital, East Java, recently.

Many residents and patients protested against the stage performance. Through their Instagram account, the Kotak band clarified the issue.

"From the bottom of our hearts, the entire team and management of Kotak apologize and express our concern for the event that took place last night," wrote KotaK as quoted by KapanLagi.com, Thursday (3/8/2023).

1. Initially Hesitant

Not stopping there, the band consisting of Tantri, Cella, and Chua admitted that they were initially hesitant to perform there. They explained the actual chronology of events.

"The organizers assured us that everything was very safe and conducive because the patients had been moved to another building. The organizers fully guaranteed it. Hearing that sentence from the organizers, we felt relieved enough and tried to fulfill the contract to perform as professionally as possible," they wrote.

2. Professional

Kotak also asked the organizers to lower the volume of the sound system. They themselves were only trying to maintain professionalism during the performance.

"We are entertainers and guests, the choice of venue location, etc., is beyond our control, it is the host's authority," Kotak concluded.
