Complete Chronology of Wulan Guritno Suing Sabda Ahessa for a Debt of Rp396 Million, Frequently Demanded - House Renovation for After Marriage?

Although they have now separated, there are unresolved matters. It is known that Wulan Guritno filed a lawsuit against her ex-lover.

The lawsuit is related to the matter of a house renovation loan given by Wulan amounting to Rp 396 million to Sabda Ahessa. This was conveyed by Djuyamto, the spokesperson for the South Jakarta District Court.

Although it was not initially detected, the fact is that the trial regarding the house renovation loan has already been held on Thursday (22/2), unfortunately Sabda's party could not attend.

Then, both parties have spoken. Wulan's legal counsel stated that Wulan has requested the return of the hundreds of millions of money, but it has not been given.

"So because it has been demanded several times without any resolution, we have to take legal action," said Ficky after the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday (29/2/2024). 

Not only that, Wulan also requested Sabda Ahessa to pay a substantial compensation amounting to Rp 100 million rupiah. 

The Sabda party itself emphasized that Wulan's money at that time was not in the form of a loan. They had agreed to renovate Sabda's house together. 

"All of the advances or loans are actually not real advances or loans, but funds that were agreed upon for joint purposes as well," Aditya Anggriady, Sabda's legal representative at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday (29/2/2024). 

According to Sabda Ahessa's attorney, the issue currently faced by his client can be resolved through a family settlement. 

So, why was the house in the Kemang area renovated at a cost of hundreds of millions? It turns out Wulan plans to build a special room in Sabda's residence.

However, when asked if they had planned to get married, Sabda's attorney could not answer yet.
