"Barramundi is healthier, it has no cholesterol. Nowadays, I personally reduce carbs and increase protein from fish," he continued.

Similarly, the Director General of Strengthening the Competitiveness of Marine and Fisheries Products (PDSPKP), Artati Widiarti, mentioned that fish has several advantages compared to other protein sources. These advantages include nutritional content, price, and ease of preparation into various menus.

On that occasion, together with Chef Ari Galih, Artati showcased her expertise in preparing tuna to be served during Eid.

"Healthy, affordable, and easy to prepare. I am making tuna curry rice, suitable for the upcoming Eid feast," said Artati.
