Chef Priscilya herself also mentioned that the nutritional content of fish can keep the body fit and make fasting go smoothly. With that, Chef Priscilya tries to make fish recipes other than fried.
Chef Priscilya invites people to not hesitate to make fish the main dish for Eid.
“Any fish is suitable for consumption, all fish are really good. For Eid menu, we can replace rice cake with delicious fish,” she said.

In addition, MKP Trenggono also reminded the public to consume fish regularly, especially during the month of Ramadan.
“Eating fish is much better. It has a lot of protein and vitamins, especially omega,” explained Minister Trenggono.

While cooking the menu of Barramundi Eungkot Tumeh Aceh and Udang Bunaken, Minister Trenggono admitted that he reduces carbohydrate consumption during fasting. Instead, he increases his protein intake by consuming fish.
"Barramundi is healthier, it has no cholesterol. Nowadays, I personally reduce carbs and increase protein from fish," he continued.
Similarly, the Director General of Strengthening the Competitiveness of Marine and Fisheries Products (PDSPKP), Artati Widiarti, mentioned that fish has several advantages compared to other protein sources. These advantages include nutritional content, price, and ease of preparation into various menus.
On that occasion, together with Chef Ari Galih, Artati showcased her expertise in preparing tuna to be served during Eid.
"Healthy, affordable, and easy to prepare. I am making tuna curry rice, suitable for the upcoming Eid feast," said Artati.
