Denada Reveals Evidence of Tuition Money Transfer, Ressa Rosano's Lawyer Responds

The claim by Denada regarding her financing all of Ressa Rosano's college needs and allowance was met with skepticism by the lawyer's side. Andika M, SH, as Ressa's legal representative, stated that the evidence presented by Denada in the podcast must be tested for its truthfulness in front of the panel of judges. Ressa's side believes that what is conveyed on social media may not necessarily align with the existing legal facts.

Previously, Denada had shown evidence of chats and money transfers to emphasize that she is a responsible mother. However, Ressa's side feels there is an inconsistency between that claim and the reality experienced by Ressa while living with her foster parents in Banyuwangi.

Andika emphasized that his side has prepared answers to all of Denada's accusations claiming that Ressa is not serious about her studies. All of these defenses have been documented in a reply document that has been submitted to the court.

"The evidence that exists is fine, no problem. I haven't seen the first video all the way through. As for the second one, I can't explain whether that evidence was truly sent to whom, I don't know. I don't understand, but what I do know is that we will prove all of that in court later, Ma'am," said Andika during a virtual press conference on Tuesday (16/3/2026).

Ressa's side also highlighted the accusation that Ressa intentionally ignored chats from Denada. According to the legal counsel, there is a strong reason why Ressa behaved this way, including a long-held disappointment.

"Yes, we will prove it in court later. It's fine, that's Ms. Denada's right to make any statement she wants. Go ahead, it's all valid. But when it is proven in court later, I apologize if everything is revealed. That's how it is, Ms.," said Andika.

For Ressa's legal team, the statements made in the podcast will not change the course of the legal process. They are confident that the truth regarding the flow of funds and Ressa's seriousness in studying will be transparently revealed during the upcoming evidentiary hearing.

"And what Ms. Denada said in her podcast yesterday, we have already responded to today. We have answered everything in this reply," said Andika.

Now, both parties are waiting for the next hearing schedule to dissect each other's evidence. Ressa's side claims to have much stronger counter-evidence to refute Denada's claims. "We will prove it in court later," Andika concluded.
