Detective Doctor Exposes Richard Lee's Strategy to File Pretrial, Nudges Lawyer on Public Deception

The heated feud between Detective Doctor also known as Doktif and dr. Richard Lee has entered a new and increasingly intense chapter. After being named a suspect, Richard Lee's side was reported to have filed a pretrial lawsuit at the South Jakarta District Court regarding his suspect status.

Previously, Richard Lee had requested permission to not attend the summons from the investigators of the Metro Jaya Police due to illness. As a result, the investigation related to the alleged violation of the Consumer Protection Law and Health Law was postponed until February 4, 2026. This case began from Doktif's assessment which stated that Richard Lee's product was an overclaim based on independent lab tests.

However, Richard Lee's maneuver was apparently already predicted by Doktif. When visiting the South Jakarta Metro Police, the person whose real name is Samira Farahnaz claimed not to be surprised. According to her, the postponement of the examination on health grounds is merely a tactic to buy time in order to prepare the pretrial lawsuit.

"Okay, for the pretrial (prapadilan), yes. Doktif reminds you all, do you remember when Doktif went to PMJ (Polda Metro Jaya), Doktif already reminded you. The strategy to postpone until the 4th is a strategy that DRL (Dr. Richard Lee) will use to conduct the pretrial. And it turns out to be true," he said when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police on Monday, (26/1/2026).

Doktif also highlighted the attitude of Richard Lee's attorney, who is affectionately called Bang Jeff. He recounted the moment of their meeting at a private television station some time ago. At that time, Doktif had directly asked about the pretrial plans, but was flatly denied by the lawyer.

"And funny enough, Doktif conveyed a message for Bang Jeff, yes, as the lawyer for DRL. On the night of the 21st, we had the opportunity to shoot at one of the television stations, CNN at that time. And there we asked—since there were many witnesses—'Bang Jeff, do you think his client will file a pretrial or not?' And there Bang Jeff said, 'No,'" Doktif recounted.

The reality that occurred was quite the opposite. Not long after that meeting, a pretrial lawsuit was officially registered. This made Doktif feel disappointed with the inconsistency of the statements made by Richard Lee's legal representatives in front of the public. "And funny enough, a few hours later, there was a report that Mr. DRL filed a pretrial," he added with a tone of surprise.

The woman who often appears with a mask then gave a stern warning to lawyer Richard Lee. She urged the lawyer to maintain the integrity of his profession and not to follow in the footsteps of his client, who is considered to frequently provide false information to the public.

"Yes, so here I also ask Doctor to Bang Jeff, do not take actions that your client has been doing all this time: public deception. Yes. So do not follow what your client has done. Maintain integrity as a lawyer," Doctor firmly concluded.
