She has finally completed the construction of her dream luxury house, which stands on a plot of land measuring 1,100 square meters. This residence also becomes the third house owned by the DJ and presenter in the Jakarta area and its surroundings.

Dinar revealed that the journey to owning this house was not easy. The purchasing process began during the Covid-19 pandemic, while the total renovation took almost six months before it could finally be occupied.

1. Struggle to Build a New House

This thanksgiving event was held on Friday, June 19, 2026, as a form of gratitude for this achievement. This magnificent residence is estimated to have a fantastic value of up to Rp20 billion.

"The struggle was really tough. Actually, the process started during the Covid-19 pandemic. The total renovation took almost six months because when it was first purchased, it was still empty without any interior. But, thank God, this has become my third home in Jakarta," said Dinar Candy when met in BSD, South Tangerang, on Friday (19/6/2026).

2. 3-Story House with Different Functions

The three-story house has different functions in each part. Dinar admitted to entrusting the design and interior concept to her younger sibling to ensure the results meet the family's needs.

The first floor is used as a relaxation area equipped with a billiard room and a garden that is still in the process of being completed. Meanwhile, the second floor serves as a gathering area for guests, complete with a dining room and a swimming pool. The third floor is a private area belonging to Dinar.

"The second floor is a place to hang out with friends or guests, there’s also a swimming pool there and a dining area. Meanwhile, the third floor is entirely used for my wardrobe area and my personal room. There are actually three rooms upstairs, but I made it into one large room just for myself," she explained.

3. Spend 20 Billion

To realize that dream house, Dinar admitted to spending up to Rp20 billion. This amount includes the cost of land purchase, house construction, and ongoing interior filling.

"The total is around 20 billion rupiah. For the building and land alone, it's about 16 billion rupiah, while the interior costs around 4 billion rupiah. The process is still ongoing because the garden is still empty and the area is not fully filled yet," he said.

4. Family's Reaction of Happiness

Although he has to adapt to the location of the house, which is quite far from the center of his work activities, Dinar feels proud because he has successfully acquired a valuable asset from his hard work.

He also expressed his father's happiness upon finally seeing the dream house standing majestically. According to Dinar, his achievement is inseparable from the habit of living simply and being disciplined in managing finances.

"Dad is very happy. He said, 'Alhamdulillah, Teteh's house is finally completed.' I am indeed the type of person who is not wasteful. Actually, anyone can build a house. I don't like to shop unnecessarily," he concluded.
