Rizky Billar Reports 6 Accounts Related to Divorce and Infidelity Hoaxes

Rizky Billar takes firm action against several social media accounts that are suspected of spreading hoaxes related to his personal life. Through his legal team, the husband of Lesti Kejora officially reported six accounts to the Metro Jaya Police for alleged defamation, slander, and spreading false news.

Billar's attorney, Sadrakh Seskoadi, stated that the report has been received by the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) of the Metro Jaya Police. This legal action was taken after Billar and his family became targets of negative narratives circulating on social media.

"Mr. Rizky Billar has officially taken legal action by reporting several social media accounts to the SPKT Polda Metro Jaya for alleged defamation, slander, and the dissemination of false news. Below is the evidence of the report he made last night," said Sadrakh Seskoadi when met in West Jakarta on Thursday (18/6/2026).

According to Sadrakh, his side intentionally did not open communication or approach the account owners before making the report. This decision was made because similar cases have occurred before and are considered quite alarming.

"Regarding communication, we consider it unnecessary. Because what we know from these accounts, I think it is already quite clear, there are their images. And regarding the question of whether we have made efforts to contact the identified perpetrators, I think it is unnecessary because incidents like this are not the first time," explained Sadrakh.

Furthermore, he emphasized that the Rizky Billar party is not opening the possibility for a peaceful resolution in this matter. According to him, the legal process needs to proceed to provide legal certainty as well as a deterrent effect for the perpetrators.

"For the time being, regarding the possibility of a peaceful resolution, we feel it is already closed," asserted Sadrakh.

The legal team also revealed that so far, six accounts have been identified as allegedly involved in the spread of defamatory content. The owners of these accounts could potentially be charged under multiple articles, with significant legal consequences.

"Regarding the number of accounts, there are already 6 accounts that have been identified. As for the threats, since this involves multiple articles and there may be adjustments from the new Criminal Code, the minimum threat we are indicating is at least 5 to 15 years in prison," he added.
