Divorce Lawsuit Against Husband, Nisya Ahmad Still Lives in the Same House with Andika Rosadi But No Longer Sleeps in the Same Bed

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce trial between Nisya Ahmad, the younger sister of presenter Raffi Ahmad, and her husband, Andika Rosadi, was held again at the South Jakarta Religious Court. This session has entered the evidence presentation agenda from Nisya's side.

Nata Sasmita, Andika's attorney, stated that although their marriage is not in a good place, they are still living in the same house. "Still living together. Still residing at the same address according to ID, family card, it can probably be checked at their house, it's still the same," he said when met after the trial on Thursday (1/8/2024).

1. Separate Beds

Even though they still live in the same house, Nisya and Andika no longer sleep in the same bed. Nata confirmed this. "Yes (they have separated beds)," Nata answered.

In today's hearing, neither Nisya nor Andika attended the session. However, Nata mentioned that his client was present in the previous hearing, which was during the mediation agenda.

"If present, for the first and second hearings and mediation, everyone was present," he explained.

"Today is the evidence agenda; they have activities, so they couldn't attend today's evidence session, but maybe they can attend the next hearing," Nata continued.

2. Long-standing Quarrel

Regarding the reasons for their divorce, Nata emphasized that it was only a prolonged and ongoing quarrel. However, he could not confirm whether it happened frequently or not.

"Just ordinary disagreements. Yes, we have ordinary quarrels, so it's just normal things. If it's said to happen often, maybe they feel it, but in this context, it's not too frequent," he concluded.
