Doddy Sudrajat Reports Fuji to the Police for Allegedly Embezzling Rp 500 Million

Kapanlagi.com - Doddy Sudrajat went to the Indonesian National Police Headquarters to make a report regarding defamation committed by Vanessa Angel's brother-in-law, Fuji. Accompanied by Djamaluddin Koedoeboen as his lawyer, Doddy reported Fuji for allegations that he embezzled Rp500 million insurance money from Vanessa Angel. 

After visiting the Indonesian National Police Headquarters and consulting, Doddy's party was asked to complete the necessary documents to make the report.

"The discussion resulted in several points, one of which is that we were asked to complete another document that serves as Doddy's legal standing as the person entitled to report regarding alleged criminal acts by several parties that he finds disturbing," said Djamaludin Koedoeboen, Doddy's legal representative, when met in Brawijaya area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (2/1).

1. Demand for Apology

However, before that is realized, Doddy still gives the opportunity for the person in question to apologize publicly for his statements on social media.

"The initial is F, I think friends (journalists) already know that. The gender is female. There is still a family relationship with the deceased," he said.

"Yes, sister-in-law (Vanessa Angel), but that's what we got and we asked the relevant person to apologize 3x24 through us as his lawyers," he concluded.

2. Doddy Dislikes Donations

Not only reporting Fuji, Doddy's party will also report Marissya Icha as the creator of the fundraising for Gala. According to the lawyer, Doddy's family is not accepting the existence of the donation.

"Because in truth, the family itself does not approve and does not want it at all," said Djamaluddin to journalists.

"Instead, they conveyed that the donation should be returned to the country and they do not want Gala in the future to bear the psychological burden," he added.

3. Report to the Ministry of Social Affairs

Currently, Doddy Sudrajat has also reported Marissya Icha as the creator of the fundraising to the Ministry of Social Affairs and will summon Marissya Icha for further questioning.

"The Ministry of Social Affairs will summon the person concerned for questioning regarding the initiative to create the donation itself," said Doddy Sudrajat's legal counsel.

4. Marissya Icha's Response

News of this report has reached Marissya Icha's ears. Through her Instagram story, Vanessa Angel's close friend asked netizens to be careful when conducting fundraising. 

"Waahh, I heard that someone reported me to the National Police Headquarters about the donation this afternoon, right?" wrote Marissya Icha. 

"Be careful now if you want to fundraise for humanity, you will be provoked to be reported by that lady," she continued. 

5. Not Wanting Chaos

Meanwhile, Haji Faisal finally said that he deeply regrets all the chaos between him and his brother-in-law. Therefore, Faisal said that he actually wants to end the turmoil that is happening within the family.

"I regret that it happened, that's why from the beginning I wanted to stop, wanted to resolve this issue within the family," said Haji Faisal when met at Soekarno Hatta Airport, Tangerang, on Thursday (30/12).
