Ariel NOAH was not allowed to enter because he arrived late to the continued hearing of the judicial review of Law Number 28 of 2014 on Copyright held at the Constitutional Court in Central Jakarta on Tuesday (22/7/2025).
Ariel's presence at the Constitutional Court was not without reason. He is one of the members of Vibrasi Suara Indonesia (VISI), a group that is the petitioner in this copyright law judicial review.
However, when asked about the reason for his lateness, the singer of 'Separuh Aku' gave an honest and straightforward answer.
"Because I have trouble waking up in the morning. Earlier on the road, I called, 'Kang, how are you? It seems like I'm late'," said Ariel at the Constitutional Court, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (22/7/2025).
Although he was unable to enter to follow the proceedings directly, the man whose real name is Nazril Irham appeared relaxed and did not mind it.
For him, the most important thing is the struggle of his fellow musicians to keep going. Moreover, there is still another representative from VISI, namely Armand Maulana, who arrived on time in the courtroom.
According to him, his purpose for coming to the Constitutional Court that day was not to sit in the applicant's seat. The NOAH vocalist emphasized that his main intention was to provide direct moral support to his two colleagues who were witnesses that day.
"It's okay (not being able to enter), I came here just to give moral support to Sammy Simorangkir and Lesti Kejora," said Ariel.
