Enjoying Kapanlagi Buka Bareng, Kunto Aji Reveals Creative Things while at Home

Not only providing entertainment with his extraordinary performance, Kunto also reveals creative things while at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

"I fixed a leaking AC. Because of this pandemic, since no one can enter, at the beginning we were still scared, afraid that the preparations were not ready yet, 'oh, don't let anyone come here', so I didn't call an AC technician and I learned it myself from YouTube. I found a few methods to fix leaking and dripping AC, and in the end I was able to fix it myself.", said Kunto Aji during the Live Performance on Kapanlagi Buka Bareng, Saturday (5/2/2020).

1. Kunto Feels Worried

Knowing about the outbreak of COVID-19, Kunto also feels the current worry. Many workers or employees have to become unemployed due to layoffs.

"Well, my own concern is that I'm afraid this won't end. Because with the economic conditions of the global society, everyone is experiencing a decline, the unemployment rate is getting higher, many are being laid off, and those who have freelance jobs like me, their income might be very difficult because they can't find income outside, that's what I'm most worried about. I hope this ends soon so we can start again, we can rise again," said Kunto.

2. Boredom and Weariness

Like other musicians, Kunto also feels boredom and weariness when staying at home. He also talks about his habit of often performing in other cities and rarely being at home.

"Honestly, boredom is definitely there. The thing is, we who used to spend only two or three days at home in a week, the rest of the time we were outside the city, performing and moving around different cities in Indonesia, suddenly now we're just at home, there's definitely a sense of weariness and boredom," said Kunto.

"As for me, I'm actually someone who prefers to stay at home when I don't have any work. When I have no work, I spend most of my time at home. So there are many activities that I have to do and many entertainments as well, because I enjoy playing games to the fullest," he added.
