The feud between Inara Rusli and Virgoun regarding child custody has resurfaced. Inara's side claims that access to meet her three children has been made difficult by Virgoun. Furthermore, the grandmother of the children, who is none other than Inara's biological mother, is also prohibited from visiting her grandchildren.

Herlina, one of Inara's legal team, revealed shocking facts. She stated that Virgoun has taken the children without Inara's permission since November 22, 2025. Since then, communication between the mother and the children has become very limited.

"Virgoun took the children without the permission of their guardian, in this case, their biological mother, Inara, and until now Inara has been having difficulty accessing her children to meet or even just video call them," said Herlina.

The condition of the children is reported to be deteriorating, both physically and mentally. They are said to be exposed to cigarette smoke in Virgoun's living environment, leading to a persistent cough that has not healed.

"Based on the testimonies from the children and the accounts of those who care for the children that they were given unlimited internet access, and also the children have been coughing for almost a month," she added.

Seeing this condition, Inara's side did not remain silent. They have attempted mediation through the National Commission for Child Protection, but it has not yielded the expected results. Therefore, Inara's legal team is preparing to take more serious legal action to realize the Supreme Court's decision.

"Therefore, for the sake of the law and the well-being of the children, we as legal representatives will continue and take firm action to proceed with the next legal steps," Herlina asserted.

This step is taken not merely out of ego, but for the welfare and future of the underage children. The Inara party hopes that Virgoun can be cooperative and comply with the court ruling that has granted custody to their mother.

"And this is also after consideration from the panel of judges who saw the evidence during the trial, because at that time there was evidence of violence against the child and evidence of infidelity," he concluded.
