Fahmi Bo Decides to Reconcile and Remarry His Ex-Wife, Doesn't Want to Be Alone When Sick

Fahmi revealed that the main reason behind his decision to reconcile is health and loneliness. He admitted that he no longer wants to go through difficult times alone in his home. The presence of Nita, who has sincerely cared for him despite their status as ex-spouses, made Fahmi's heart soften to propose to her again.

"Yes, because I don't want to be sick again, I don't want to be alone in my boarding house anymore. Since her mother is willing again, then what’s the harm?" Fahmi said when contacted via phone on Saturday (22/11/2025).

In addition to the need for a life partner, Fahmi is also considering social views and religious aspects. He feels uncomfortable with the comments from people around them that highlight their closeness even though their status is not that of a legitimate husband and wife. "Avoiding slander and too much negative talk, not related but still meddling, all sorts of things. Just a good intention moving forward. So that my life will be more blessed," said Fahmi.

Regarding the timing of the sacred moment, Fahmi did not delay his good intentions. He ensured that the marriage ceremony or ijab kabul would be held as soon as possible this weekend. "Yes (will do ijab kabul again), on Sunday. Tomorrow, yes tomorrow," said Fahmi.

Fahmi also opened the door for media colleagues or relatives who want to witness his happy moment. He welcomed prayers and support from everyone for the smoothness of the event tomorrow. "If you want to come tomorrow, just come," said Fahmi.

Nita even willingly comes to Fahmi's boarding house to care for him, assist with daily activities, and even change his diapers.
