Failed to Bring Two Children Home, Tsania Marwa Feels Provoked by Someone

She felt hindered in bringing her two children, namely Syarif and Shabira, home with her. Meanwhile, the West Java High Court has decided that custody of both children falls to Tsania Marwa.

Observations from Kapanlagi.com, who were outside the house, also heard a commotion between Tsania Marwa's side and Atalarik Syach's side.

"I'm really disappointed, I'm really disappointed because this decision is clear but it's being made difficult," said Tsania Marwa when met at Atalarik Syach's residence, Cibinong, West Java, Thursday (29/4).

1. Don't Want to Force the Children

The clerk of the Cibinong Religious Court, Dede Supriyadi, who accompanied Tsania Marwa, explained that they have tried their best to bring Tsania Marwa's two children home.

However, because they don't want to force the children, Tsania Marwa and the officers of the Cibinong Religious Court will reschedule the execution.

"Today we failed to pick up Tsania Marwa's children. We have tried our best, but the children cannot be forced. Because there are rules and mandates from the leaders, we must also be humane and persuasive. We will schedule it again and coordinate the ways so that the children won't resist when they are picked up," said Dede Supriyadi.

2. Were the Children Provoked?

Tsania Marwa said that initially her two children welcomed her arrival. She even fed them. Suddenly, she felt that her children were provoked by someone's loud voice, causing them to become scared and lock themselves in their room.

"At first, it was like this, I had a moment with my children. They were very good, asking to be fed, and their affection was very apparent. Suddenly, there was provocation, someone spoke with a loud voice," said Tsania Marwa.

"That's what her lawyer (Atalarik) said, that he startled the children. So the children are afraid to enter the room again. Even though they were persuaded for a long time, right?" she concluded.
