Feeling Suspicious About the Reported Case of Dito Mahendra, Nikita Mirzani Compares it to the Cases of Kiki The Potters and Nindy Ayunda

Kapanlagi.com - Artist Nikita Mirzani feels that there is something suspicious about the case reported by Dito Mahendra regarding the alleged UUT ITE defamation, which was reported to Polresta Serang Banten.

The reason being, when she was still a witness, the investigators from Polresta Serang Kota came to Nikita Mirzani's house at 03.00 in the morning to forcibly take her because she had missed two summons.

1. Many Irregularities

The mother of three felt that she had encountered many irregularities and suspected that her case had been manipulated. Moreover, the former wife of Sajad Ukra compared it to the UU ITE case that she reported herself.

"Of course, it must have been manipulated. My report was in Jaksel, 2 people, the same UU ITE case and until now I don't know how the case is going," said Nikita Mirzani at Mabes Polri, South Jakarta, on Monday (27/6).

Furthermore, Nikita Mirzani mentioned that her report against Kiki The Potters and Isa Zega regarding the alleged defamation and slander and/or false complaints to entrepreneurs had been followed up on and both of them had become suspects. However, she did not receive the same treatment.

"Kiki the Potters in (Polres) Jaksel is also there, so he became a suspect, until now I don't know either," she said.

3. Has Not Found a Solution Yet

Then, Nikita Mirzani also compared her case with the case of Nindy Ayunda, whose case has not yet found a resolution.

"Nindy Ayunda has also been summoned more than twice. In the South Jakarta Police, it is suspected of being held captive and kidnapped," she explained.

"Where? That's clearly a worse case than mine. Is it because the reporter is a driver, an ordinary person, so it takes a little longer? Or what?," Nikita Mirzani questioned.

That's why Nikita Mirzani is surprised why her case seems different from the case she reported. Even though both are related to the ITE Law.
