Kapanlagi.com - Amid the ongoing legal process, there is good news regarding the relationship between Virgoun and his ex-wife, Inara Rusli, especially concerning their children. Virgoun stated that communication between them has greatly improved for the sake of their children.
Virgoun also clarified rumors that circulated about him taking the children to live with him some time ago. He explained that his actions at that time were not to seize custody, but rather an effort to protect the children from a heated situation. He felt that Inara's emotional state at that time was not conducive.
"The situation was viral yesterday, and I believe her emotions were unstable, I didn’t want that to happen in front of the children. That’s why I temporarily took the kids," Virgoun explained when met at the National Police Headquarters in South Jakarta on Thursday (2/4/2026).

Now, after the situation has calmed down, the children have returned to Inara's embrace. Virgoun is grateful that the incident has actually opened the door for better communication between him and his ex-wife, especially regarding co-parenting.
"What I mean is that from my side, the communication with IR has also started to improve, because I have been able to prove that personally, aside from this report, I can very boldly prove that I haven't told anything," he said.

Although they had previously quarreled, both now appear more flexible in taking care of the children. Virgoun even does not hesitate to send help if Inara needs it.
"Co-parenting... is going smoothly if she is in a situation where the helpers have gone home, we just coordinate with each other," he concluded.
The main focus right now is to ensure that the children do not become victims of their parents' problems.
"Whatever happens, I don't want my children to lose again. That's it. The point and focus are just there," emphasized the father of three children.
