Former Employee Claims Laptop and Personal Phone Were Taken by Force by Ashanty

Ayu Chairun Nurisa, a former employee of Ashanty, strongly denies her former boss's claim that all assets were handed over voluntarily. They revealed that the most vital personal items, such as laptops and phones, were never listed in the handover report (BAST).

Here is the full statement from Ayu's side. Don't forget to check other news about Ashanty on Liputan6.com, if not now, then when?

In its initial examination at the South Jakarta Police Station on Tuesday (07/10/2025), Ayu's legal team presented photographic evidence of her laptop, which they claim was taken by force and is still being held by Ashanty's party.

Stifan Heriyanto, Ayu's lawyer, emphasized that the BAST previously shown by Ashanty's party only covered other objects, not Ayu's personal gadgets.

"This is the laptop that was taken. By Sister Ida, right? This is not included in that handover letter, this is not there," said Stifan while showing the evidence.

He challenged the narrative constructed by Ashanty's party. According to him, the act of forcibly taking personal belongings without any evidence of handover clearly falls into the category of seizure.

"Let me ask you this. If I take your belongings, I take your wallet, I take your phone, I take your ID and ATM by force, and I don't return them, what is that called? Isn't it robbery? Isn't it?" he asserted.

Ayu herself confirmed that the order to take the laptop and her devices came directly from Ashanty. "At whose orders?" Stifan asked Ayu. "Ashanty," Ayu replied briefly.

Stifan ensured that all the items taken were purely Ayu's personal belongings, not company assets. "Ayu's personal property. Ayu's personal property," he concluded.

This new fact further strengthens Ayu's report at the South Jakarta Police and serves as a strong rebuttal against the claims of voluntary surrender previously made by Ashanty's side.
