Formerly Depressed, Angela Gilsha Star of the Soap Opera 'DEWI RINDU' Now Enjoying Acting

Angela was chosen to play Dewi, the main character. Long before reaching this point, Angela apparently experienced depression because of acting in a soap opera. She revealed this herself in a recent virtual interview.

"In 2016, I played in ANUGERAH CINTA and it was my lowest point. At first, I experienced depression because the soap opera was booming," she explained.

Because of that, she eventually saw filming only as a job. Yes, Angela only strives to be professional without thinking about her comfort.

2. Not Enjoying

"As time went on, I never enjoyed it, I filmed without passion, my mindset was only about getting money, working for my parents, I didn't enjoy my job," Angela continued.

But now, her mindset has changed. She has started acting with passion, especially in the soap opera DEWI RINDU.

3. Use Heart

"But now in this soap opera, I am truly guided to learn acting, delve into characters. I can only start working with heart, enjoy, learn acting without any burden," said the actress from Bali.
