Fried Tempeh & Tofu, Nia Ramadhani Jumps Backwards Because of Exploding Hot Oil

1. Received Help from Watching Mother

Both of them were required to cook in an open area. Despite using limited tools, they tried to overcome the challenge. Jedar and Nia had previously shopped for the necessary ingredients.

Luckily, they didn't cook alone but were assisted by mothers who were watching them. Each of them received help.

"Mom can do it, right? Don't say yes just like that. Because I can't. If both of us can't (it's a disaster)," said Nia Ramadhani.

2. Afraid of Hot Oil

While they were busy cutting vegetables, Jedar poured cooking oil into the pan. Seeing that, Nia immediately became alarmed and stepped back.

"Aww no, don't. I'm scared. I'm scared that it will explode," said the wife of Ardie Bakrie.

"No, I'm using it to fry tempeh," Jedar tried to explain.

3. Iris Bawang Minta Bantuan

Not stopping there, Nia also asked for help from her mother named Rani to peel the onions. When cutting tomatoes into dice, it was the same.

"Mom, what should I do next?" she asked, "finally she got itchy seeing it (being cut directly), besides, I don't even know how to cut it into dice," she concluded.
