Gono-Gini Lawsuit by Tsania Marwa Reaches 5 Billion, Atalarik Syach Only Provides One Luxury Car

Kapanlagi.com - Atalarik Syach and Tsania Marwa still hold their respective positions on the issue of gono-gini assets. The mediation hearing held at the Cibinong Religious Court, Bogor, West Java, on Wednesday (22/7) also failed.

"I added in the mediation why there was no clear solution because the plaintiff's version demands according to their lawsuit such as immovable and movable objects," said Raaf Sanja Halatta, Atalarik Syach's legal representative, at a press conference in the Cibinong area on Wednesday (22/7).

"However, in the mediation, my client conveyed very politely that for immovable objects, they were obtained before marriage and that is considered as personal property," he continued.

1. Just Give One Luxury Car

Of all the extravagant property claims made by Tsania Marwa, Atalarik Syach only gave one luxury car. Here are the reasons stated by Atalarik Syach.

"My client is fair, acknowledging that in a marriage there is always shared property. We are only offering one luxury car, but the plaintiff insists on demanding immovable property and other movable items, such as bags and shoes," explained Raaf Sanja Halatta.

2. The Total Reaches 5 Billion

Previously, it was reported that Tsania Marwa's claim for extravagant property reached 3 billion. However, the actual amount could reach 5 billion. This is because there are assets worth 1 billion that Tsania Marwa has already taken but did not include in her claim.

"In the news she provided to the media, it was stated that the claim reached 3.3 billion, but in reality, the lawsuit is not only for 3.3 billion. The second immovable property is around 1.5 million, and then she demands again for movable items that my client has already mentioned, ranging from 500 to 1 million. So, if we calculate the total amount demanded by the plaintiff, it reaches 5 million," revealed Raaf Sanja Halatta.

3. Disappointment of Atalarik Syach

Atalarik Syach is very disappointed with Tsania Marwa because the joint property that he demanded is partly the property intended for their children's lives.

"Automatically, the immovable object that I requested is a house and my workshop (place) that I planned for the children. Maybe (Tsania) is not happy with the children and me, I don't know. So, well, her being an independent woman who is smart in making money, whatever happens, it's the children who suffer," concluded Atalarik Syach.
