Tsania Marwa is Not Honest About the Joint Property, Atalarik Syach: The Safe Deposit Box is Empty and the Savings Have Been Taken Away

Kapanlagi.com - The continuation of the joint property case with the agenda of the mediation between Atalarik Syach and Tsania Marwa was held again at the Religious Court of Cibinong, Bogor, West Java, on Wednesday (22/7).

As it is known, the mediation failed because both parties remained firm in their positions. Atalarik Syach mentioned that Tsania Marwa is not honest about the joint property that she demanded.

"Of course there are things that burden me, one is the data that I think is unreasonable, because all of that is with her, and secondly, her dishonesty," said Atalarik Syach during a press conference at Bumi Aki Restaurant, Cibinong, on Wednesday (22/7).

1. Tsania Marwa Brings Safe and Savings Contents Together

Atalarik Syach also revealed a new fact that when Tsania Marwa first left the house, she brought all the contents of the safe and savings with her. However, these assets were not included in the demand for joint property.

"The plaintiff does not acknowledge that when she first left the house, she emptied the contents of the safe, she didn't mention it. My savings, our joint savings," he said.

"Let me tell you again, from the beginning of the marriage, 100 percent of my income, of course, came from my job during the marriage, 100 percent (was given) to her and she took it with her. I only had 3 million rupiahs when she left. But she didn't mention all of that," Atalrik Syach continued. 

2. Worth Rp 1 Billion

He also said that the assets brought by Tsania Marwa at that time amounted to Rp 1 billion. "Several bars of gold, each weighing 100 grams, savings books, wedding diamonds. If you want to be honest, why not include it as joint property," said Atalarik Syach.

"All her belongings have left the house, all luxury bags, all shoes have been taken but it's okay. I can predict that what's left is around 500 million to 1 billion, more or less," he concluded.
