"Basically, every (morning) I exercise except on the 7th day. On location (shooting), I don't (workout) because I don't have time to shower here. I just do a little push-up with Mischa (Candrawinata)," said Angela Gilsha.

When it comes to eating patterns, Angela apparently has specific meal times. However, when she eats, she never restricts anything that will enter her stomach.
"I don't control my eating at all. I just do intermittent fasting. So I start eating at 12 PM and stop at 6 PM. So outside of that time frame, I don't eat. That's how I maintain," she said.
Knowing that many women feel inspired by her body size, Angela Gilsha decided to create a YouTube channel that contains various workout activities and health tips.
