It turns out that living a healthy lifestyle does not require a large capital. Tya herself only does walking exercise for 45 minutes every day and eats regularly five times a day consisting of breakfast, two main meals, and two snacks.

Although proven successful in losing weight with the healthy lifestyle she has been practicing, Tya still recommends people who want to follow her to consult with a nutritionist first. Considering that each person has different body conditions and needs.
