"So, a lot of people ask me about my diet. Actually, my diet is considered safe. Because I consulted a nutritionist first," said Ghea Indrawari during a live Instagram session on Saturday (20/6).
She also revealed her diet tips to her Instagram followers, which is to only eat boiled food.
"I just reduce my food intake because I want to lose weight quickly, so I only eat boiled food. I just buy things like mix vegetables and boil them, boil tofu and boil chicken," said the singer of Rinduku.
It turns out that Ghea Indrawari's diet program was quite successful. She lost 5 kg in one week. Her diet was also accompanied by regular jogging.
"For a week, I only ate boiled food and I also jogged regularly because when I sing, I start to feel tired. So, in a week, I lost 5 kilograms, which is quite significant. Even though the diet was instant," she said.
Previously, Ghea Indrawari has also tried various types of diets, from not eating rice to not eating at all. However, none of her diets were successful.
"I have experienced various types of diets. I once did a diet where I only ate once a day, so I could eat anything but only once. And I also tried not eating rice," said Ghea Indrawari.
"Until that one time, the worst diet I ever did was not eating at all, I only ate two packs of fitbar in a day. My body was so weak that it was difficult if I didn't maintain it," she concluded.
