If Dio Alief is not proven to commit assault, Chintami Atmanegara's side will report Deanni Ivanda back

Kapanlagi.com - The case of Dio Alif's assault on one of Chintami Atmanegara's employees, Deanni Ivanda, is still ongoing. Yesterday, Wednesday (23/9/2020), Chintami and Dio, accompanied by their legal counsel, Yasmine Soerahman, finally clarified the matter. 

According to their legal counsel, the news that has spread to the public is all false. Moreover, it is also untrue that Dea is an employee of Chintami. 

1. No Employment Contract

Yasmine revealed that, during her work at Chintami Atmanegara's house, there was no written contract between Deanni Ivanda and Chintami. 

"When it comes to employment law, it is proven with an employment contract," said Yasmine Soerahman during a press conference in Permata Hijau, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (23/9). 

"We never made a work contract with her. There is news that Chintami's child abused her own employee, which is very cruel. If Dea claims to be an employee, please provide proof of her employment contract," she continued. 

2. Ready to Report Back

As known, Deanni Ivanda reported Dio Alfi for violating Article 406 of the Criminal Code, which is about assault. However, if in the court the accusation is not proven, Chintami Atmanegara is ready to report back. 

"We want to emphasize here that as good citizens, we will follow the applicable legal procedures. Now, as the accused, we also want to undergo this examination in detail until the existence of this assault is proven. If it turns out to be unproven, we will report back with defamation," Yasmine concluded.
