Imam Darto Often Caught by Children When Having Sex with His Wife

Until now, Darto and Tika are known to be private about their personal lives. But when invited as a guest on the Orami Indonesia YouTube channel, they opened up about many things regarding their marriage.

Among various topics of conversation, one that caught attention was about the sex life of Darto and Tika. The couple, who got married in 2007, admitted that since having children, their time for intimacy has decreased.

1. Caught Children Having Sex

According to Darto and Tika, marital relations are important to maintain love for each other. When they already have children, they have to find the right time and secretly have sexual intercourse.

Who would have thought that this couple often caught their child while having sexual intercourse. They told Zoya Amirin, a sexologist and host of the Bobo Bareng Orami Indonesia program, about it.

"It happens a lot (getting caught). The one who often catches us is the second child," Tika recalled.

"Actually, at that time, the babies were still sleeping, there was no time to lock the door, just brush it off. Then suddenly he came in. We always stay under the blanket. We never get completely naked because we still have children. Then in the middle of it, click (sound of the door opening), then stop, then immediately jump to the side, quiet," continued Darto and Tika, taking turns telling their experience.

After the incident, apparently the child realized what their parents were doing. From there, the child's attitude immediately became awkward.

2. Tips From the Sexologist

Now, as a sexologist, Zoya often encounters similar problems from other married couples. Not forgetting, she also provides tips on what parents should do when that happens.

"So actually when a child sees us having sex, first of all, don't forget to lock the door. Actually, it's worse for young children compared to relatively older ones. Because if they are already 11-12 years old, it's easier to communicate with them. But usually, the ones who are most traumatized are the little ones. Especially the ones I often face are those who are 4 or 5 years old. Why? Because they think their parents are fighting. So they are often scared when they see that. So they don't understand the form or concept of husband and wife relationship," Zoya explained.

"As for the adults, maybe they feel awkward or embarrassed because they actually understand. So if it's a boy, the father should be the one to talk (tell) about it, dominate the conversation, from the heart to the heart. To let them know that, it's a husband and wife relationship that should be done, it is a sign that we both love each other, so we are not hurting each other," she concluded.
