Indra Bekti Still Calls Aldila Jelita 'Bunda', If We Can Reconcile, Why Not!

Kapanlagi.com - Indra Bekti still maintains a good relationship with his ex-wife, Aldila Jelita, even though they are no longer married.

Furthermore, to this day, Bekti still calls Aldila 'bunda' (mother). Likewise, Aldila calls Bekti 'ayah' (father).

"Still, Dila still calls me father, and I still call her mother. So that our child feels that this separation is amicable. So we can still be good with our usual terms of address," said Indra Bekti when met at his residence in Radio Dalam, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (30/5/2023).

Seeing that they still seem to get along, the question arises for Bekti, whether he has any hopes of reconciliation. In response to the question, Bekti did not give a definite answer.

"Amin, just pray if there is a reconciliation. The best for us, no one knows. But what is important is that the relationship is good. For now, that's enough," he said.

Bekti does not deny that he feels regret after agreeing to Dila's request for a divorce. He still cries and regrets his actions.

2. Why Not?

"Yes, always yes (regretful). When I talk to him on the phone, 'please forgive me, dad.' It's my behavior, my nature that may have prevented us from reconciling. That's what I always ask Allah for, to give us the best. Sometimes I cry alone and talk to Dila so that we can stay connected," he said.

If Dila gives him the opportunity to improve himself and return, Bekti does not deny that he wants to rebuild his household with Aldila Jelita.

"If Allah permits and Dilla is also open-hearted, if possible, why not reconcile? We never know. Maybe we are given time to improve ourselves first," he said.
