Indra Bruggman Reveals the Reason for Not Wanting to Be Controlled Again Since Leaving the Entertainment World, Finding True 'Freedom'

Kapanlagi.com - After a long absence from the screen, actor Indra Bruggman seems to have found a new, calmer, and freer phase in his life. Behind his decision to take a break from the entertainment world, there is a deep reason related to the search for personal freedom.

Recently met in the Mampang area of South Jakarta, Indra openly revealed that leaving the entertainment world, which is full of rules and directions, gives him a sense of freedom that he has long yearned for.

"Leaving the entertainment world that isn't controlled by others gives me a sense of freedom," said Indra Bruggman.

This principle of not wanting to be "controlled" also applies not only to his career. He also applies this philosophy in his daily life, including in choosing hobbies and sports activities he engages in.

Although he enjoys sports, especially cycling and running, Indra admits he is not at all interested in following the marathon trend that many people are currently into. The reason is simple: he is tired of all forms of rules.

"I don't like having rules. If I'm exercising, then I'm just exercising. When I need to run, I run. When I want to chat, I chat with friends," he explained.

"So having rules like that, I'm already bored with such rules," added the 43-year-old actor.

1. Sports as Me Time

For him, sports are no longer about targets or competition, but rather a form of me time and a means to socialize with his friends. He makes physical activity a way to seek happiness and relieve stress.

"And that's also my me time. If some people's hobby is perhaps traveling, my hobby is sports. Because with sports, I never feel sad," he said.

2. Busy with Business

Now, Indra Bruggman has found his freedom by being his own boss. He is busy managing his own Muslim fashion brand, a job that gives him time flexibility and a different inner satisfaction.

Although it is more stressful because he has to think about everything from A to Z, Indra seems to really enjoy his role as an entrepreneur who is free to determine his own life direction. A choice that makes him happier.
