Is Laura Meizani Likely to Be Confronted by Vadel Badjideh? Here’s the Police Explanation

Kapanlagi.com - The case of alleged immoral acts involving Laura Meizani alias Lolly, the child of Nikita Mirzani, continues to unfold. The police have sent an official summons letter to Laura for questioning.

However, questions arise as to whether there will be a direct confrontation between Laura Meizani and Vadel Badjideh, the reported party in this case. In response to this, the Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi, explained that the decision regarding the confrontation is entirely in the hands of the investigators.

"If that, it's the authority of the investigators. For now, the official summons letter for LM has been sent," she stated when met at the South Jakarta Metro Police on Tuesday (26/11/2024).

In addition to Laura Meizani, the police also revealed plans to summon Vadel Badjideh in the near future. However, the schedule for Vadel's summons is still being determined by the investigators.

"In the near future after LM, it will definitely be VA (Vadel Badjideh). But for the schedule, date, and time, it is still with the investigators," added Nurma.

1. Examination Process of Several Witnesses

Regarding the summons for Vadel Badjideh, Nurma confirmed that up to now, the investigators have not issued the letter. "Not yet," she answered briefly.

In the development of this case, the police have examined several witnesses proposed by both parties. "The proposed witnesses have been examined, statements have been taken, and they have been collected by the investigators in the case file, of course," Nurma revealed.

2. Laura Meizani's Current Condition

Amid the ongoing legal process, Laura Meizani's condition has drawn public attention. Nurma confirmed that Laura is in good health and remains under the supervision of the relevant agency.

"The investigators have coordinated with PPPA (Protection of Women and Children). Her condition is healthy," she asserted.

The police also emphasized that every step in this investigation is carried out in accordance with legal procedures. Both witness statements and the evidence that has been collected will be taken into consideration in determining the next legal steps.
