Jane Shalimar Will Send a Legal Notice to Arsya Who Refuses to Return Her Personal Belongings

One of them is Jane Shalimar, who claims that she cannot take her belongings from Cecep and asks for her aunt's help to retrieve her personal belongings, but always gets obstructed.

"With Jane Shalimar's belongings, let me introduce Aunt Jane here who is indeed communicating to retrieve the belongings related to what will be taken. It turns out that the items Jane has given include a car, a camera, and others such as clothes, bicycles. It can be said that those are Jane's personal belongings, not shared belongings," said Ramdhan Alamsyah, met in the Bintaro area, South Tangerang, on Tuesday (12/1).

1. Arsya Considered Hindering Jane

Ramdhan also questions Cecep's attitude, who is now considered to be obstructing Jane Shalimar from getting her belongings. Cecep is said to have asked Jane Shalimar's aunt to contact his lawyer if she wants to retrieve her personal belongings.

"What does Mr. Cecep want? Maybe he misses her. Why obstruct someone from taking their belongings when he has promised through WhatsApp that it will be on Monday, Tuesday (the retrieval of belongings)," said Ramdhan.

"When Jane's aunt went there, the reason was a legal issue. She was told to contact my lawyer (Cecep), this is ridiculous. He is ridiculous as a man, even though it has been promised because those are personal belongings. He has no right to use or even keep them," he continued.

2. Already Divorced

In addition, Jane Shalimar and Cecep's marriage has not been officially registered in the country, so if they want to divorce, Cecep only needs to say the word 'talak' to Jane. Jane Shalimar's side plans to send a summons to Cecep to immediately return Jane Shalimar's personal belongings.  

"If we go back to the statement from the Office of Religious Affairs, the marriage is not recorded (in the country). If he has already pronounced 'talak', it means it's finished, it's over. Therefore, we have prepared a letter of summons to brother Cecep to immediately return Jane's belongings so that they can be taken," he concluded.
