Jenny Rachman Has Evidence of Her Husband's Alleged Infidelity, But Has Not Filed for Divorce

Kapanlagi.com - The case of alleged document forgery reported by senior artist Jenny Rachman to the South Jakarta Metro Police against her husband, Supradjarto, is still ongoing. Her husband has been named as a suspect.

"Yes, it's true, the case has been elevated to a suspect level, on April 14th," said Akhlan, one of Jenny's legal team members at the South Jakarta Metro Police, on Monday (12/6/2023) night.

Akhlan also denied that Jenny and her husband have already engaged in restorative justice. He confirmed that they have not yet mediated to reconcile.

"Until today, there has been no communication whatsoever regarding restorative justice, and there has been no discussion about it by the defendant's legal team. I don't know who he talked to or who he talked about, but the fact is that we have not attempted restorative justice," he said.

In fact, Jenny will add a clause to her report regarding her husband's alleged affair with a woman named AK, who is also suspected of receiving land document letters from Supradjarto.

"There are several more things that we will report, such as the alleged affair. We are still waiting for Yenni to follow up," said Akhlan.

"But it should be noted that we already have evidence of the alleged affair in our hands," Akhlan added.

Nevertheless, up to now Jenny and Supradjarto are still legally married. However, in the near future, Jenny is said to be talking about the fate of her household with her husband, Akhlan.

"For now, there has been no divorce process yet, our client's condition is very stable and healthy, even she also carries out her work routines as usual," he concluded.
