"We are already mature, we've been together for over a decade, so we know each other well. So we have accepted each other's strengths and weaknesses, that's important too. Most bands break up because they can't accept those weaknesses," said Kevin to Kapanlagi.com.

According to him, many bands are unable to survive because they find it difficult to accept differences among their members. In addition to the factor of closeness, having a shared vision and passion for music is also key for Vierratale to continue enduring.

"We still have the same vision and mission, and we are passionate about music," he said.

3. High Demand for Performances

For Kevin, making music is not just a job, but also a part of life that he wants to continue living with his friends. Another factor that keeps Vierratale going is the high demand to perform at various events.

"There's no reason to disband because, thank God, we have a lot of gigs, last year alone we performed 150 times. So we are happy that people still want us," said Kevin.

4. Passed On By The Next Generation?

A busy schedule shows that Vierratale still holds a place in the hearts of fans, so there’s no reason to stop. Kevin also sees the possibility that the next generation could continue Vierratale's journey, although the decision ultimately lies with his children in the future.

"This can also be legitimized, well, I might have kids later who could be the successors of Vierra too, maybe if they want to, but it can't be forced," he explained.

5. A Shelter For Its Members

For him, Vierratale is not just a band, but also a legacy that can continue to the next generation. More than just a job, Vierratale has become a home for Kevin, Widy, and Raka.

"Maybe it has become like a place for us to take shelter, it feels like our home, the three of us. Some people see a band as just a job, but for us, it feels like our home. Wherever we go, we definitely miss it, like considering it a band again," said Kevin.
