John Matias revealed that during the investigation process at the police level, Ammar was asked not to be accompanied by a lawyer. According to him, there were parties pressuring Ammar under the pretext that the process was merely a formality.

Another anomaly that has drawn attention is the very long gap between the incident in January 2025 and the transfer of documents to the prosecutor's office in October 2025. According to him, if this case is indeed strong, the process would not take that long.

"This case is from January 2025, it was only transferred in October, which means it took a very long time," he said.
