Minola Sebayang, who is Ruben's legal counsel, came to submit the new address where Sarwendah currently resides. This continues the previous trial regarding the postponed trial due to an incorrect address provided.
"Actually, we just need to quote what Sarwendah said some time ago. She has already stated that she is living in her sister's house," said Minola, on Tuesday (23/7/2024).
When asked about the status of the new house being built, Minola explained that no one has lived there yet. Minola also doesn't know the latest news about the new house.
"It hasn't been occupied yet. I also don't know the update," said Minola.
After handing over the new address to Sarwendah, Minola cannot confirm whether her client will attend or not. "We'll see how the dynamics of the trial go, whether the defendant will attend or not," she explained.
"Attendance is for mediation, but if they don't attend, who will we mediate with?" she concluded.
