Like Eating in Japan, Roji Ramen Adopts the Concept of Japanese Street

Ramen has become one of the most popular Japanese dishes in Indonesia in recent years. It is not surprising that there are now many restaurants or places that specifically sell ramen, one of which is Roji Ramen.

Since its official opening in 2022, Roji Ramen now has 10 branches. The newest one, Roji Ramen is located in Pasar Kota, Pondok Gede, Bekasi. Unlike the previous ones, Roji Ramen has built the concept of Japanese Street for its newest store. Curious about what the photos look like?

Roji Ramen, which has been open since 2022, now has 10 branches. Devara, the marketing communication representative, said that each branch of Roji Ramen always presents a different concept.

"So actually, for the previous branches, we had specific themes. In Gading, Tsukiji Market is more about the fish market. In Pondok Gede, Japanese street. Right, Roji means alley. So we create a concept according to its name," said Devara when met at Pasar Kota Pondok Gede, Bekasi, on Wednesday (17/4).

Regarding the price per menu, Roji Ramen itself has a range starting from 30 thousand to 45 thousand. No need to worry, because this Ramen shop has also obtained a halal certificate.

In addition, Roji Ramen is also fully committed to providing menus with quality ingredients and in accordance with halal regulations.

"If it becomes different, our chicken broth is special but the price is still affordable," he said.

Different from other ramen shops, Roji Ramen always provides a unique concept at each branch.

"Because we are famous for the concept, here you don't just eat ramen but eating the ramen feels like being in Japan. It feels like Japan," said Devara.

As is known, Roji Ramen was first opened in Gading Serpong, then continued with Mayestik, Bintaro, and many more. Of course, almost all stores have different concepts in order to provide a unique impression and experience for customers.

Some concepts that have been previously highlighted include Omoide Yokocho, which is a famous area in Tokyo, Gion Tea House in Kyoto, Dotonbori area in Osaka, and Ninenzaka, which is also located in Kyoto.
