Zainul claimed to have evidence that 26 artists he investigated were allegedly involved in promoting online gambling from 2017 to 2023.
"Based on the victims' statements conveyed to us, they are suspected of promoting through social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok," said Zainul Arifin.

These 26 artists can be charged under Article 27 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph 2 of the ITE Law, with a maximum penalty of 6 years in prison or a fine of up to Rp1 billion," he said.
